Sales Representative - West Texas - Emergency Care (Hospital)
Stryker Orthopaedics
Sales Representative position selling emergency care products including defibrillators and chest compression systems to hospital providers in West Texas. The role is field-based with 50% travel and focuses on building customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and demonstrating clinical expertise to healthcare administrators and medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell emergency care hospital products to healthcare providers
- Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative sales approach and product demonstrations
- Develop expertise in patient resuscitation and treatment products and competitor offerings
- Maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to position products effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 75-80 pounds
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of sales, customer service, and project management
- Familiarity with market research and P&L management
Compensation: Commission-based with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
