What You'll Do

• Be onsite in the Lubbock market two days a week for team check-ins, pipeline reviews, and account

coordination; the rest of the week is spent in the field prospecting and managing your territory

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across office buildings, medical facilities, industrial sites,

data centers, warehouses, distribution centers, retail, and government facilities in the Lubbock / West

Texas market

• Own a defined territory: identify decision makers (property managers, facility managers, operations

directors, purchasing managers) and build a repeatable pipeline

• Conduct site walks, prepare proposals and quotes, and close new janitorial and facility service contracts

• Build long-term relationships that protect and grow HSJ's recurring account base

• Log every call, site visit, proposal, and follow-up in HSJ's CRM the same day it happens; incomplete or

late entries are not acceptable on this role

• Submit a weekly pipeline and activity report to HSJ leadership

• Partner with operations leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client retention after the close

• Represent HSJ at chambers of commerce, industry associations, and local networking events

What We're Looking For • Must live in or near the Lubbock market and be available onsite two days a week; this is not a fully remote

position

• Previous sales experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility services is required, with existing

knowledge of the Lubbock market

• 2+ years of outside/B2B sales experience

• Proven, disciplined CRM habits; comfortable with strict daily documentation and reporting requirements

• Strong self-starter who performs well with minimal day-to-day supervision during field days

• Documented track record of prospecting and closing new business

• Comfortable in a commission-driven, quota-based compensation structure

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel

Pay & Perks

• Base salary: $48,000 to $50,000/year, depending on experience

• Uncapped commission on new business, plus recurring commission on retained accounts

• On-target earnings of $75,000 to $95,000+ for a fully productive rep

• Vehicle/mileage allowance and phone reimbursement
