You'll work directly with prospective and existing customers, uncover their needs, recommend personalized coverage, and help grow the agency through new business, referrals, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, and follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.
• Quote and present personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate customers on coverage options, discounts, and policy benefits.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities.
• Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Deliver a professional, helpful customer experience from the first conversation through the life of the policy.
• Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals.

What We're Looking For
Insurance experience is preferred, but we're open to the right sales professional.

The ideal candidate is:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty or willing to obtain the appropriate license.
• Experienced in insurance sales, customer service, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized and skilled at managing follow-ups and multiple opportunities.
• Coachable, positive, and eager to continue developing professionally.
• Passionate about helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
