Texoma Pediatric Dentistry is opening soon, and we’re looking for an experienced, team-oriented Front Office Coordinator to help launch our practice from the ground up!

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Customer Service: Warmly welcome patients/families, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain an efficient, friendly front office environment.
• Insurance & Billing: Verify PPO and Medicaid benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, explain treatment plans/financial estimates, and handle claim submissions, tracking, and collections.
• Administrative Support: Manage patient accounts, maintain accurate records, oversee correspondence (emails/faxes), and collaborate smoothly with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental front office experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with both PPO and Medicaid insurance verification, claims, and benefits.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, self-motivated, and reliable with a warm, patient-first attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus!
