WE’RE HIRING — TEAM LEADER

Knight Family Chiropractic | Sherman, TX

Are you the person who naturally  takes ownership, keeps things organized, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks?

Knight Family Chiropractic is looking for a  Team Leader for our Sherman clinic! We’re searching for someone who can lead a busy office while creating an amazing experience for both our patients and our team.

What You’ll Do

As our Team Leader, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day flow of the clinic, including:

• Lead daily team huddles and weekly staff meetings
• Create an organized, positive and productive clinic environment
• Verify and manage insurance benefits and authorizations
• Prepare and present patient Reports of Findings (ROFs)
• Conduct financial conversations with patients
• Audit schedules and patient accounts for accuracy
• Manage payments, credits, balances and daily reconciliation
• Maintain accurate patient notes, alerts and documentation
• Oversee deposits, office inventory and administrative details
• Communicate with leadership and keep the clinic running smoothly

Organized and good at following systems and processes

Warm and personable with patients and coworkers
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Someone who notices what needs to be done — and does it

Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental or healthcare office is a plus, but  leadership ability, character and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
