Associate Director-In Home Sales

Overview Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area. Key Responsibilities Supervise sales and support staff, including hiring, training, developing, disciplining, and contributing to decisions regarding discharge of subordinate employees. Oversee inventory and compliance of subordinates ensuring licensure, permits and documentation follow policy and procedure. Manage fleet vehicle responsibilities. Collaborate with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans. Contact customers, candidates and clients. Maintain safety sensitivity in vehicle/tool/machine operation. Handle and maintain proximity to sensitive information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of customer-facing sales experience. 3-5 years of management experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Compensation Base salary range: $93,000.00 – $139,400.00. Commission up to $55,200 per year if all sales goals are met.
