Shipping and Receiving Associate
We are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Associate to perform essential warehouse operations for a leading independent seed corn producer. Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments of seed.
- Sort and organize products efficiently within the warehouse.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Operate all equipment within established safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong general labor skills.
- Ability to follow strict quality and safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Willingness to wear required protective gear, including gloves, safety glasses, and earbuds.

This is a contract position based in Ames, Iowa. The work is performed in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
