Job area: Logistics Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Logistics Technician Time Type: Full Time Location: USA - McCarran, Reno 3300 Waltham Way Suite 106 Position Summary The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual also counts and inspects product and notifies leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and are expected to perform all duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas. Stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as determined by client requirements. Perform all picking functions as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures. Quality Control Responsibilities Use the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly. Verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. Stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products as required. Perform all quality control functions as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures. Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance Execute all safety protocols and accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in the security of the warehouse. Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards. Equipment Operation Operate equipment such as a pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Maintain and report equipment problems as needed. Assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned. Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary. Minimum Required Qualifications Education and/or Experience Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Other Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months, ranging from mild to moderate. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products. Other Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Current or prior MHE certification. Physical Demands Occasionally Bending Frequently Walking and Standing Constantly Ability to Lift/Carry and Push/Pull Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel. Work Environment During the performance of this job, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals is rare. The noise level is usually low to moderate. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
