ABA Case Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and support BTs/RBTs Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Develop and update treatment plans Monitor client progress and analyze data Provide parent training and support Collaborate with clinical team Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred) Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master’s Program (acceptable) BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred) Reliable transportation + willingness to travel Strong communication and organization skills Ideal Candidate Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children and mentoring others. Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, or a related field, is required.
