Join the Team as Support Staff at Field Day Brewing Co.

Looking for a part-time role where you can stay active, meet great people, and gain valuable hospitality experience? Field Day Brewing Co. is hiring Support Staff to help create an exceptional guest experience.

This position may include hosting, food running, guest assistance, and other front-of-house support responsibilities. It's a great opportunity for students, first-time job seekers, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome guests
Assist with seating and waitlist management
Deliver food accurately and efficiently
Support servers and bartenders during service
Clear and reset tables
Restock supplies and maintain service stations
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
Assist guests with questions and requests
Support events and special functions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Must be 16 years of age or older
Able to lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
