Regional Operations Manager

I'm partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple warehouse, production, and distribution facilities across a multiple sites. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing site leadership teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent execution across locations. The position oversees warehousing, inventory, production, shipping/receiving, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will require 25% out of state travel.
