International Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to recommend improvements for Uline's operations across Canada and Mexico.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel to ensure efficient international operations.
- Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with other analysts to share best practices, identify data trends and recommend opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years in database analytics with advanced data mining and extraction skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) with good understanding of Mexican culture and communication a plus.
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
