Weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) match BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking an Associate focused on onboarding and compliance for our Passaic County Pediatrics (PCP) office in Little Falls, NJ. In this office-based role, you will help ensure newly hired and current field employees have the credentials, clearances, training, documentation, and support needed to provide safe, reliable pediatric care. Our PCP team provides compassionate pediatric home care and supports clients in community and school-based settings. This Associate-level role is intentionally developmental and offers the opportunity to build expertise in employee onboarding, compliance coordination, file management, and office operations while preparing for future growth within BAYADA. What you’ll do Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired pediatric field employees from offer acceptance through readiness to provide care Track required credentials, clearances, background checks, health documentation, licenses, certifications, references, and other compliance items Maintain accurate and complete employee files in accordance with BAYADA policies, applicable regulations, and office standards Follow up with candidates, employees, clinical leaders, recruiting partners, and office leadership to obtain missing or expiring documentation Coordinate orientation, onboarding appointments, required trainings, and competency-related activities Help confirm that employees have completed all required onboarding steps before beginning client care Monitor credential and document expiration dates and support timely renewals and recredentialing Prepare reports, checklists, and status updates to communicate onboarding progress and outstanding compliance needs Enter and update employee information accurately in BAYADA systems, electronic records, and tracking tools Partner with clinical leaders to coordinate skills validation, training completion, and readiness for pediatric assignments Support new employees with questions about onboarding requirements, systems, training, and next steps Help coordinate equipment, computer access, work phones, badges, and other onboarding resources as needed Assist with audits, file reviews, quality improvement activities, and compliance follow-up Protect confidential employee and client information and follow appropriate privacy and security practices Welcome new employees and help create a positive, organized, and responsive onboarding experience Provide general office support and assist with referrals, scheduling, staffing, records, and service coordination as needed Participate in training and development activities designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities Model The BAYADA Way in all interactions, demonstrating compassion, excellence, and reliability What you bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple onboarding files, deadlines, and competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn electronic records, tracking, scheduling, email, and reporting systems Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment with frequent changes and time-sensitive requirements Commitment to accurate documentation, compliance, and a positive employee experience Preferred At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, credentialing, compliance, healthcare, home care, human resources, or office-based administration Experience tracking background checks, licenses, certifications, clearances, health documentation, or employee files Experience coordinating orientation, training, new-hire paperwork, or employee readiness activities Experience supporting pediatric clients, families, schools, or community-based services Familiarity with electronic medical records, HRIS platforms, credentialing systems, or compliance tracking tools Knowledge of the local community and service area Why join BAYADA Support a mission-driven pediatric team focused on helping children receive dependable care at home and in the community Join a supportive, values-based nonprofit organization Play an essential role in preparing field employees to provide safe, compliant, and compassionate care Build meaningful relationships with new hires, pediatric nurses, caregivers, clinical leaders, and office teams Develop skills in onboarding, compliance, credentialing, documentation, and office operations Access ongoing training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities Enjoy weekly pay, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package Grow your career within a respected organization that values internal development Make a meaningful difference for children and families by helping ensure the right employees are ready to provide care Bring your organization, reliability, and customer-service strengths to a team that values excellence and accountability Benefits BAYADA offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program designed to support employees with health plan options, flexibility, and long-term financial security.
