You must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Leva Medical is a cosmetic surgery practice in Queens, NY, with a board-certified team. We're hiring a second Patient Coordinator. You'll work alongside our current coordinator, but you'll have your own patients and your own goals.

Your job is to turn consultations into booked treatments. You'll also take care of patients from their first call through their follow-up after surgery.

What you'll do

• Explain procedures, prices, financing and memberships in a way patients understand
• Answer patients' concerns and help them decide and book
• Call or text every patient back on time: the same day when you can, and by the next workday at the latest
• Follow up with patients who had a consult but haven't booked or left a deposit
• Follow up on failed payments and keep memberships active
• Keep clear notes on every patient, treatment plan and payment
• Work with the doctors and front desk to schedule surgeries and treatments
  

What you bring

• Fluent Spanish and English (required)
• Sales experience, ideally in cosmetic surgery, a medspa or other high-ticket sales
• Organized and calm when many patients need you at once
• Experience with financing or payment plans is a plus
