Quality Incentive Program Management (QIPM) Specialist (On-Site)

Description As the QIPM specialist, you will work alongside other members of the QIPM team, as well as clinical, operational, and IT teams to help drive quality and performance improvement efforts for the Quality Incentive Pool Program (QIP). You will: Develop, implement, manage resources, report, and manage data of QIP and other State‑run program initiatives. Help identify and analyze critical issues, recommend solutions to key stakeholders, and implement interventions. Identify, interpret, and manage the ambiguity and complexity of State‑run quality program measurement specifications, effectively guiding project teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders from across the UCLA Health system.
