As a Check-in Ambassador, you are the face of the company on event days. This role involves providing important information, offering guidance, and directing team members to their work locations. You will be the point of contact for all team members, sub-contractors, Non-Profit Organizations, and Temporary Staff. The ideal candidate must be courteous, polite, and professional.

This role is a part time/seasonal role that will primarily work event days only during the football season.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Set up the check-in area on event day(s), or the day before if needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Human Resources Department.
• Participate in HR projects, goals, and meetings when applicable.
• Complete all projects in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Job Duties:

• Greet guests, staff, and volunteers professionally.
• Provide guidance and feedback to the team.
• Ensure team members adhere to company guidelines as stated in the training manual and employee handbook.
• Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
• Ensure team members have the necessary tools to complete their jobs.
• Display a positive attitude toward team members.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate effectively with the management team, guests, and team members by speaking and comprehending English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Required to work in various weather elements.
• Must be flexible with your schedule and able to work different shifts.
• Possess computer and tablet skills.
• Must be able to thoroughly and accurately use Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with intermediate-level experience.
• English reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Demonstrate the physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Able to move from a sitting to a standing position easily and quickly.
• Able to push, pull, and/or lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to lift/move materials and equipment up to 30 pounds.
