In this role, you will own measurement and analytics across our growth marketing channels, helping the team make faster, smarter, and more effective investment decisions.You will develop and maintain attribution frameworks, incrementality testing programs, and performance measurement systems to understand what drives customer acquisition and where marketing dollars generate the greatest return. Over time, you will become a trusted expert on growth performance across the Quince platform, partnering closely with marketing leadership to surface insights, run experiments, and build scalable analytics capabilities that support the company's rapid growth.The Ideal CandidateYou are a highly analytical problem solver who is excited about using data, technology, and experimentation to drive business growth. You are comfortable collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn marketing attribution and measurement frameworks across growth channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other acquisition programsDesign, execute, and analyze incrementality tests and experimentation programs to measure causal marketing impactBuild and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for growth marketing and company leadershipDevelop automated monitoring systems to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and timely insightsCreate scalable analytics tools and processes that accelerate decision-making across the Growth teamPartner closely with marketing leadership to translate data into actionable channel, audience, and budget recommendationsConduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance changes, and uncover key business driversApply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to improve marketing efficiency and performanceSupport advanced measurement initiatives, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and forecastingPartner cross-functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to improve measurement infrastructure and business understandingPreferred: Support app measurement and mobile attribution initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative business roles, preferably focused on growth marketing, ecommerce, or performance marketingHands-on experience building attribution models and designing incrementality or experimental measurement frameworksDemonstrated ability to independently scope, execute, and communicate complex analyses that drive measurable business impactAdvanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automationFamiliarity with major advertising platforms and measurement ecosystems, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar channelsExperience applying statistical methods and predictive modeling to business problems; experience with marketing mix modeling is a plusStrong understanding of experimentation design, causal inference, and marketing measurement best practicesExperience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, and insight generationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to prioritize effectively and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to delivering exceptional resultsWhy Quince?Joining Quince means being part of a mission-driven team reshaping retail.
