- Partner with business and product stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Define, track, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data requirements
- Support data validation, quality checks, and governance initiatives
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to ensure accurate data delivery
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear manner
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Solid understanding of business processes and data modeling concepts
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
