Integrations Operations Project Manager

Required Education: High school diploma

Required Skills: Prior project management experience in operations, handling complex workflows with strong attention to detail; strong data fluency: proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization; with the ability to dive into complex datasets and apply the right analytical methodology regardless of data type or tooling; familiarity with data management, including transforming, deduplicating, and matching large, messy datasets; experience building dashboards and managing metric monitoring systems; ability to use data to tell a story and give actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences; proactive communicator who takes full ownership of tasks, gives timely updates, and drives work to resolution without repeated follow-up

Years of Experience: 5-7 years (level III)

Preferred Skills: Thrives in a cross-functional setting; familiar with pulling data from APIs to extract, integrate, and use information for reporting and analysis

Critical Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast paced, often high pressured environment; time management skills; clear, responsive communication across time zones; storytelling with data; comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning fast

Overview: The Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations critical new product launches and priority areas within the growing AI space. We are looking for a passionate data-driven individual with project management experience in operations and a pragmatic systems mindset to join Integrations Operations. This individual will be responsible for managing complex operational workflows, turning qualitative and quantitative data into insights, and recommending improvements that take our operations to the next level.

Responsibilities: Manage, execute, and optimize operational workflows that support new product launches and company priorities; manage and grow a metric monitoring system; independently conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) end-to-end and identify areas of operational improvement; support operational data flows by configuring, monitoring, and maintaining pipeline components as needed for new product launches and ongoing operations; report project status, risks, and needs to stakeholders on regular cadence; analyze data using SQL queries, pivot tables, and dashboards; run system audits and quality tests; maintain documentation for dashboards, pipelines, and SOPs to ensure team continuity and reduce single-point-of-failure risk
