Service Technician Specialist

Position Overview Landmark Aquatic is actively pursuing a confident and eager individual to join our service team full-time, year-round, as a Service Technician . As a Service Technician , you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and installing residential pool equipment all the way up to large commercial pools. Mechanical equipment includes but is not limited to chemical controllers, variable speed pumps, VFDs, filtration systems, UV sanitation, and specialty equipment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Test, balance, and understand pool water chemistry Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues Operate various power tools and equipment Communicate with customers, office staff, business leaders, and vendors Utilize specialized scheduling software to review assigned work, update work orders, and complete service reports Complete custom forms electronically for customer communication and billing purposes Minimum Qualifications Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record Professional demeanor and appearance in business contexts Strong mechanical abilities Ownership of quality of work and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a teamSkills with Microsoft Office products, specialized software, and web applications Comfortable working in uncontrolled climates Benefits and Compensation Base pay based upon skills Overtime pay available Paid Time Off Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision Retirement plan with a matching 401(k) Company vehicle Tool and uniform allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Landmark Aquatic
