What You Will Be Doing

As our Field Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our projects stay on track and equipment runs smoothly, no matter where the job takes us.

Here’s what you can expect:

• On-Site Installation & Support: You will travel to project sites across the country, where your job will be to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that everything is functioning perfectly before projects kick off.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Our clients rely on us for high-quality work, and you'll ensure that every piece of machinery and equipment on-site is properly maintained and repaired as needed. You'll troubleshoot technical issues on the spot, ensuring minimal downtime and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Calibration & Testing: You'll perform hands‑on testing and calibration to ensure systems are working at peak efficiency. Your attention to detail will help ensure everything meets our high standards for quality.
• Client Support: As the face of MapleCraft on-site, you'll work directly with clients, offering them expert advice and solving any issues that arise. Your friendly, professional demeanor will help build trust and long‑lasting relationships.
• Training & Guidance: You'll train on-site personnel on how to use and maintain the equipment. This ensures smooth operations when you're not around and leaves a lasting impact on the success of each project.
• Health & Safety: Safety comes first! You'll enforce safety protocols and make sure the worksite adheres to all safety standards. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting safety concerns on-site, helping ensure the well‑being of everyone.
• Documentation & Reporting: You'll document your work, track equipment usage, and generate reports on-site activities. Your organized approach will keep everything transparent and help the team stay aligned.
