We’re hiring a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Richmond, Katy, and Cypress, TX. What You’ll Do

• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Provide clinical supervision, support, and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Develop appropriate treatment recommendations and individualized goals
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, SLPAs, and other pediatric therapy professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Texas licensing requirements and company standards
• Help ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for children and their families

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license — REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish/English — REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental progress
