\n Position / Schedule \n

\n
• Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule
\n
• Outpatient cardiology clinic with some hospital rounding responsibilities
\n
• Average 20–25 patients per day , along with office duties such as reading imaging studies
\n
• Weekday call: Telephonic
\n
• Weekend call: Approximately 1:4 or 1:5 , based on a pro-rata share
\n
• Weekend coverage includes hospital rounds alongside an APP.
\n
• Flexible start date
\n
• Typically requires approximately 90 days from hire to start to allow for payer credentialing
\n
• Part-time candidates will also be considered
\n

\n Roles & Responsibilities \n

\n
• Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care.
\n
• Evaluate and manage cardiology patients in the clinic.
\n
• Perform inpatient consultations and hospital rounding.
\n
• Read office and hospital imaging studies.
\n
• Collaborate with APPs and other clinical staff.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Practice Fusion EMR .
\n
• Participate in weekday telephonic and weekend hospital call coverage.
\n

\n Compensation & Benefits \n

\n
• Base Salary: $450,000–$500,000/year
\n
• RVU-based productivity bonus
\n
• Partnership track available
\n
• Potential sign-on bonus or relocation/moving allowance
\n
• 4 weeks PTO
\n
• Company pays 75% of the health insurance premium for the Cardiologist
\n
• Opportunity for a university faculty position

\n Requirements \n

\n
• BC/BE in Cardiology or Interventional Cardiology
\n
• Maryland license required to start
\n
• Pending Maryland license application / “applied for” status is acceptable for consideration , but the candidate cannot begin employment until the license is approved
\n
