Financial Advisor Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized Financial Advisor Assistant. This is a strong client-facing focused role. We need an operations professional who will actively run in-force illustrations, handle pre-sale carrier communication, and communicate directly with our clients and reps to keep business moving forward. The ideal candidate possesses a supportive, steady communication style. The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating the needs of a busy advisor, streamlining a demanding schedule, and keeping daily operations running like clockwork while providing high-touch, empathetic care to our clients. Key Responsibilities Actively request, run, and analyze in-force illustrations across various insurance carriers. Review policy-level services and specific financial data points to prepare for client reviews. Manage the pre-sale pipeline, interfacing directly with carriers to pull product data and structure case design info for the team. Serve as a primary, high-touch point of contact—proactively calling clients directly to answer questions, collect data, and resolve service issues. Work hand-in-hand with financial reps to manage client accounts and ensure seamless onboarding. Handle wirehouse/broker-dealer platforms and navigate their compliance and operational workflows. Workflow; Practice Organization Bring structure to the day-to-day business by managing account applications, transfers, and digital filing with zero errors. Maintain clean, comprehensive client records within our CRM platform. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Required 3 to 5+ years of direct experience supporting a Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent, with a heavy emphasis on dealing with high-net-worth clients. Technical Skills: Hands-on mastery of running in-force illustrations and pulling policy-level data from insurance carriers. Experience navigating wirehouse environments is a plus. Personality Profile: A naturally organized, patient, and collaborative team player who can take high-energy momentum and turn it into structured, repeatable processes. Active FINRA Securities Registration (e.g., Series 7, 66, 6, or 63) is a strong plus but is not required.
