Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility offers a dynamic and engaging work environment, where teamwork and patient-centered care are integral to our operations. Operating primarily onsite, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists. The facility is designed to promote healing, featuring modern therapy equipment and spacious treatment areas to conduct individual sessions effectively. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet supportive atmosphere for your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs and treatment objectives in detail by performing comprehensive physical examinations.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, typically treating one patient at a time per hour, allowing for focused, personalized treatment.
• Leverage evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities specific to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize EMR software, specifically WebPT, to accurately document patients' progress and treatment outcomes in real-time.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and strategies to enhance their functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic care by consulting with physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists as needed.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress, making appropriate adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle modifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be primarily working with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Our clients range from active adults seeking to regain mobility to elderly patients requiring rehabilitative support to manage chronic conditions. Your expertise will directly influence their recovery outcomes and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active, unencumbered state license as a Physical Therapist.
• No record of any board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and the design of effective exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A track record of implementing cost-effective therapies and non-surgical alternatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive, patient-specific rehabilitation plans.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
