Our facility boasts state-of-the-art amenities within a spacious 5,000 square-foot sports medicine center. We prioritize the delivery of high-quality care to our patients, primarily those covered by private medical insurance. Our team comprises experienced healthcare professionals including two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to fostering a supportive and effective rehabilitation journey for every individual we serve.

Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite at our rehabilitation facility, which is thoughtfully designed to facilitate healing and growth. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive setting that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs, establishing accurate treatment objectives aligned with their personal goals.
• Manage a patient load of one per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused and effective therapy sessions tailored to their specific conditions.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans that utilize a diverse array of treatment techniques to enhance movement function and overall health.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality intervention strategies, encouraging patients through their rehabilitation processes.
• Foster patient motivation and independence by providing tools and techniques that enhance their functional abilities and support their recovery journey.
• Promote and educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, focusing on improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document all treatment interventions and track patient progress meticulously to ensure optimal communication with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy continuously, making adjustments to care plans as needed based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We emphasize a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social aspects of well-being. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with these patients, guiding them to achieve their full potential through personalized care plans and interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role, ensuring a deep understanding of contemporary physical therapy practices.
• You must hold a valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record without any board actions or disciplinary issues is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Ability to develop and implement exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus for maintaining proper documentation and patient history.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, enhancing your ability to cater to our specific patient needs effectively.
• A track record of developing and conducting successful rehabilitative programs that demonstrate positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
