Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' functional abilities to identify their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Implement targeted, evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient, incorporating therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques aimed at alleviating pain and restoring function.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team—consisting of physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to ensure comprehensive care and positive patient outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, home activity modification, and injury prevention strategies, following up to ensure understanding and adherence.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in accordance with health regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base ranges from individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements and ligament repairs, to those managing chronic conditions like arthritis. Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is a plus.
• A valid New Jersey license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation, is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
