Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing standard assessment tools and techniques to determine their functional capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' unique goals and challenges, ensuring alignment with their physician's directives.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, to maximize recovery and performance.
• Document patient progress accurately with detailed notes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, sharing insights and strategies to improve care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, self-care strategies, and recovery progress to promote active participation in the healing process.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and other performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role at Lyrad Physical Therapy, you will treat a diverse population that includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, children with developmental issues, and adults recovering from surgeries or managing chronic conditions. Your work will involve tailoring treatment approaches to fit each patient's specific medical history, physical capabilities, and individual recovery goals. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current certification in CPR and a willingness to maintain all necessary credentials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
