Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify specific physical limitations and devise customized intervention plans addressing their unique conditions and recovery goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on continuous evaluations and patient progress, ensuring the highest standards of care and improvement.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, utilizing electronic health record systems to track outcomes, changes in condition, and overall progress.
• Provide education and guidance to patients on injury prevention techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to enhance their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to create and maintain a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Monitor post-treatment outcomes and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is centered on working with diverse patient populations, particularly individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will primarily assist patients with musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management, ensuring they achieve their individual health goals and regain functional mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, confirming adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically managing and treating orthopedic cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment modalities, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
