Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer Physical Therapy, your role encompasses a variety of essential functions:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific conditions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies to address a wide range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering a supportive environment that enhances patient satisfaction and recovery outcomes.

• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, rehabilitation procedures, and preventative care techniques.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid DPT license in the state of New Jersey.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer and word processing abilities.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting. Experience treating a variety of patient demographics and a willingness to foster community relationships will be an advantage.
