Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, utilizing tools and methodologies to assess their functional capabilities, limitations, and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation results, incorporating evidence-based practices that are tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve functional outcomes, using modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
