Outreach & Business Development Representative — ABA Therapy Services
Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time | Field-Based

About the Role:
Greater Goals ABA Corp is hiring an Outreach & Business Development Representative to grow referral relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations. This is a field-based role for someone who's comfortable building a territory from the ground up, managing a pipeline, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships — all while helping local families access autism and behavioral health services.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct 12–15 in-person visits per day, targeting 8–10 substantive referral conversations
• Guide new client leads from first contact through active service enrollment
• Coordinate with intake teams to keep the referral pipeline accurate and moving
• Support RBT/BCBA staffing needs and serve as a communication link between the field and HQ
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with schools, physicians, and community organizations
• Track and report weekly on outreach activity and pipeline performance

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in outreach, business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Proven track record managing a referral or sales pipeline
• Strong self-management skills — able to run your own schedule and territory
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-through skills
• Reliable transportation for daily field visits
• ABA, autism services, or behavioral health experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
• Mileage and expense reimbursement
