Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative assessment and care for pediatric patients.
• Float to different UCSF facilities as required to meet patient care needs.
• Utilize appropriate charting systems to document patient information accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Utilize special equipment such as tracheostomy care and home ventilators.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license and BSN required.
• Certification in AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric PreOp/PACU and Critical Care required.
• Experience in a teaching hospital preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CCRN, CPAN, and CAPA.
• COVID-19 vaccine and booster required; medical/religious exemptions only.
