SharePoint Engineer

Providing intranet SharePoint redesign support, the short-term SharePoint Engineer will manage content audits, migration planning, and content optimization for NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), working remotely or onsite as needed. Key responsibilities: Conduct content audits and populate spreadsheets for Service Lines and Agency Level Offices Map existing pages to a new site structure and create content updates at the page level Optimize content for clarity and consistency, ensuring alignment with organizational standards Required qualifications: BS or BA in IT or a related field 6 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online content management Experience with content auditing and inventory in a multi-site environment Ability to customize audit templates and revise content for user-friendliness Familiarity with Teams integration and strong organizational/documentation skills
