About Our Property Hotel Eleo at the University of Florida is one of the most exciting collegiate properties in the Pyramid Hotel Group Family. With its contemporary flair, 173 guest rooms, 1,200 square feet of meeting space and signature 3‑meal restaurant and bar, it's sure to be one of the best places to work in the Gainesville area. What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do We are looking for someone great with numbers, who is highly engaging and customer focused to join our team as Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate for this role is engaging, highly detailed, and is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team professionally. Your Role Ensure that accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals is reported properly. Input revenues daily into revenue reports and maintain appropriate support documentation. Clear understanding and knowledge to balance daily credit card postings and reconcile settlements. Ensure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are properly filed. Notify outlets when discrepancies arise. Ensure that all AR supporting documentation is accurate. Prepare and send AR invoices for approval. Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies. Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
