We are looking for someone great with numbers, who is highly engaging and customer focused to join our team as Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate for this role is engaging, highly detailed, and is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team, as well as being there to support the team professionally.
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will ensure that all daily revenue transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will also be responsible for the audit and posting of AR invoices for payment processing. The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for preparing, invoicing, and settling AR accounts.
Your Role:
- Ensure that accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals is reported properly.
- Input revenues daily into revenue reports and maintain appropriate support documentation.
- Clear understanding and knowledge to balance daily credit card postings and reconcile settlements.
- Ensure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are properly filed.
- Notify outlets when discrepancies arise.
- Ensure that all AR supporting documentation is accurate.
- Prepare and send AR invoices for approval.
- Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
