Aviation Customer Service Representative - FBO

Ascension FBO is seeking a polished, friendly, and service-focused Customer Service Representative to support pilots, flight crews, passengers, and aircraft owners. As one of the first people our customers meet, you will play an important role in ensuring every arrival and departure is welcoming, organized, and handled with care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, hotel operations, concierge services, front desk operations, travel, luxury retail, or aviation who is interested in bringing those skills to a unique and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Welcome pilots, flight crews, passengers, aircraft owners, and other guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide concierge-style assistance with hotel reservations, ground transportation, rental cars, local directions, restaurants, and area attractions.
• Coordinate aircraft service requests, including aviation fuel, hangar storage, aircraft parking, and other FBO ground services.
• Communicate aircraft arrivals, departures, and customer requests to line service and other team members.
• Maintain clear and effective communication through radios, telephone, email, and other communication systems.
• Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Educate customers about services, pricing, programs, and available amenities.
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
• Maintain organized customer-service records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with line service and other departments to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless operations.
• Perform other customer-service and administrative duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• At least two years of customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, travel, retail, or related experience.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer requests and invoices.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and solving problems.
• Team player with a collaborative and service-focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a safety-first, customer-centric environment with established standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable communicating through radios, telephones, email, and in-person interactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Dependable attendance and a consistent work history.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to frequently walk, stretch, bend, sit, stoop, reach, and grasp.
• Ability to work in and around an active airport and aviation environment.
• Availability to work overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs.
