Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for our Service Department for immediate hire at our Coraopolis, PA location.  Your primary responsibility will be to support the service department. This position requires a person that can multi-task, be well organized, and be able to effectively communicate with our vendors, customers, field service technicians and management team.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with service manager and team to collect information for ongoing jobs
• Process work orders, purchase orders and coordinate with accounting.
• Answer phone calls as needed and provide backup to the service team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new programs
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Mechanical background helpful
• High School diploma or equivalent
