Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for a strategic Sr. Financial Analyst to support revenue planning and performance reporting for a growing organization in Dallas, Texas. This role will partner with finance and operational leaders to translate complex financial data into clear business insights that guide planning, forecasting, and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced modeling capability, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Build and refine revenue models that support annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial planning across multiple business areas.• Track revenue performance indicators and interpret business trends, delivering meaningful variance analysis and timely updates to leadership.• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess financial plans and operating assumptions, helping teams understand implications and key business drivers.• Evaluate revenue-related risks and upside potential, and recommend actions to improve performance and planning accuracy.• Contribute to recurring weekly reporting that summarizes operational results, forecast movements, and business outlook across divisions.• Collaborate with finance leaders and business partners to provide analytical support for strategic decisions while meeting established reporting deadlines.• Develop presentation materials and financial summaries for recurring business reviews, forecast discussions, and leadership meetings.• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and present concise, actionable conclusions to senior management.
