Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. Duties Manage a broad scope of responsibilities, including client intake, case management, and drafting pleadings and motions. Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, or trial. Guide clients with empathy and clarity through every step of the legal process. Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and resolve complex legal issues. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Requirements Licensed and in good standing in Arizona. 5-7 years of experience in family law with trial and litigation experience. Experience in DCS/probate work is a bonus. Strong communication and writing skills. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Arizona. Skills Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
