Have 5 years' experience? Starting base pay is $16.82 an hour or $17.80 if certified!

10 years? Starting base pay is $18.00 an hour or $18.95 if certified!

How about 15 years? Starting base pay is $19.11 an hour or $20.09 if certified!

And that's not all! You can earn up to an additional $5.00 an hour in shift differentials depending on your schedule!

What you will do as a Personal Support Specialist:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.)
• Respond to resident call lights promptly
• Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned
• Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
