And regardless of how complex the medical or dental problem is, we can help your child.Who We Are Looking ForA great communicator that wants to make a difference in our patients care.Someone who thrives in a busy environment and is a team player.Eagerness to learn and provide extraordinary care to our patients.Reliable and dedicated to making a positive impact in the pediatric dentistry field.Wants to work with a caring and supportive team.Someone with an active MN State Dental Assistant License.ResponsibilitiesAssist orthodontists during orthodontic procedures, including placing and removing orthodontic brackets, archwires, and bands.Take accurate scans/impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances.Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide instructions for appliance care.Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment charts, progress notes, and digital imaging.We offer a fun and fast-paced work environment with flexible work hours, competitive salaries ($30hr+DOE), and excellent benefits packages.
