Night Auditor

About the Role:
Niagara Falls Hospitality Inc is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in the heart of Niagara Falls, NY. This is a great opportunity to be a key part of our overnight operations, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to the morning hours.
Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and room charges
Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review
Monitor hotel security and safety, escalating issues as needed
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning transitions
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) a plus
Ability to work independently overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a bonus
