Entry Level Sales Representative (Base Pay + Commission)
$20/hr Base + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | In-FieldAt Panasun Solar , we’re growing fast and looking for motivated people who want a solid income, real training, and long-term career growth in the solar industry. This is a perfect fit for driven individuals who want to earn more through performance.
You don’t need sales experience. If you bring the energy and work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy
- Set qualified appointments for in-depth solar consultations
- Work outdoors 5 days per week in your local territory
- Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
