Business Analyst - Equity Plan Administration / Financial Systems

Business Analyst Equity Plan Administration / Financial Systems

Location: NY/NJ On-site 4 days per week
Type: Consulting / Project-based

We are seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst with hands-on experience administering or implementing an equity/stock plan platform, such as Shareworks, Certent, Equity Edge Online, Global Shares, Carta, or Computershare.

Responsibilities:

Support implementation, migration, configuration, UAT, and cutover for an equity-plan platform.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Support data migration, reconciliation, SQL extracts, reporting, and integrations with HRIS, payroll, brokerage, and SSO systems.
Work with business and technical teams on platform design and data validation.

Required Skills:

Strong equity plan administration experience: ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, RSAs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPP.
Knowledge of cap tables, vesting, exercises, tax withholding, corporate actions, and equity compliance.
Hands-on experience with at least one major equity-plan platform.
SQL, data migration, reconciliation, and integration knowledge.
Local to NY/NJ and able to work on-site four days per week.

Preferred: CEP certification and experience in financial services or regulated environments.
