Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite: Tue, Wed, Thu mandatory)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experie nced Product Owner with strong expertis e in life sciences commercial anal ytics and deep technical capabilitie s in AWS, PySpark, Tableau, and IQVIA da taset. This role will lead the strategy and executio n of data and analytics pro ducts that d rive sales, marketing, and commercial decision-m a king.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Own ership Define and driv e the product vision, roadmap, and b acklog for commercial analytics solutions
- Develop sca lable data and AI-driven pr oducts for pharma commercial functions Identify opportunities to lev erage advanced analytics and GenAI Stakeholder Mana gement
- Partner with sales, marketing, and market access stakeh olders Serve a s the bridge between business and data/engineering team s
- Lead product demos, roadmap discussions, and executive updates Data & Platform De livery Work extensively with customer datasets (Xponent, DDD, LAAD, etc.)
- Define data solutions using AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Red shift)
- Collaborate on large-scale data processing with PySpark/Spark frameworks Analytics & Visuali zation Oversee development of dashboards using T ableau
- Deliver insight s for SFE, segmentation, targeting, and performance tr acking
- Ensure insight s are actionable and aligned to business KPIs Agile Exe cuti on Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery mile stones Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodo logies Deliver incremental value through re leases
Required Qualifications
- 10+ ye ars in life sciences/pharma commercial an alytics Proven experienc e as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- Strong expert ise in: AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift)PySpark / distributed data processing Tableau (or equivalent BI tools)
- Deep experienc e with customer data and commercial pharma d atasets
- Strong understand ing of: Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)Territory Alignment (TA)Segmentation & Targeting Commercial analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experi ence in GenAI / AI-driven analytics u se cases
- Knowl edge of Next Best Action (NBA) and omnichannel a nalytics
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Expo sure to modular data product architectures
