Job Description
Job Description
Our story is simple: we’re a real estate company focused on epicenters of innovation for media and tech. That was our Chairman and CEO Victor Coleman’s vision when he founded the company in 2006. He began building a seasoned team, purchased two Hollywood studio lots, and dramatically expanded our California office footprint by taking the company public in 2010.
Today, from our Los Angeles headquarters, to Silicon Valley, to San Francisco, to Seattle, to Vancouver and beyond, we own, transform, build and operate marquee office and studio properties. Fortune 500, premier growth companies and groundbreaking start-ups, with an emphasis on those in the media and tech industries, call these properties home. Our expertise and our industry relationships enable us to access markets and assets ahead of the curve. We concentrate on where the talent is and wants to be—just like our tenants and clients. We work closely with them to find and create the perfect environment, and to provide the services that enable their employees to thrive.
We build, we create value and we’re always looking towards what’s next.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team and support recruitment across the Hudson Pacific Properties, Sunset Studios, and Quixote Studios portfolio.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of positions throughout our corporate, studio, and production services businesses, with a particular focus on entry-level, operational, skilled trade, and other high-volume roles. The Recruiter will also play an integral role in supporting our summer internship program.

Ensure recruiting practices are consistent with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
What You'll Need:

Experience independently managing multiple requisitions at various stages of the recruiting process.
Experience recruiting for a variety of position types, including administrative, operational, entry-level, skilled trade, or high-volume positions.
Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools.
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and effectively advise them throughout the recruitment process.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams.
