Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with planning and booking travel while providing excellent support throughout the process. This role focuses on helping clients explore options, answer questions, and coordinate reservations based on their needs and preferences.

This is a remote, flexible position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks. You will communicate with clients, research travel options, and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to booking.

Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, recommending travel options, coordinating bookings, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Basic computer skills and comfort using online platforms are required.
