This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.Your Role:Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experienceProvide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interestCheck guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is establishedHelp to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite rightProvide leadership and direction for all front office operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned and make operational decisions as necessary.Oversee daily front desk activities and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.Assist with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and staffing coverage.Train, coach, motivate, counsel, and discipline front office team members.Monitor guest satisfaction scores and manage escalated guest concerns and service recovery situations.Review operational reports, audits, and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments to support hotel operations.Support inventory management, supply ordering, and expense control initiatives.Assist with occupancy management, room inventory controls, and revenue enhancement efforts.Conduct quality assurance inspections and operational audits.Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.Qualifications:Minimum two (2) years of hotel front office experience preferred.Previous supervisory experience required.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational administration preferred.Excellent guest service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills.Proficiency with hotel property management systems preferred.A strong desire to make an impact on other peopleAn outgoing and engaging personalityComputer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand for the duration of the shift$28.00 - $28.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
