Join the team at Orangeburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as a Service Advisor, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing expert advice, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to meet customer needs promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, offering accurate estimates.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Manage service orders, paperwork, and process payments efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and services is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $40,000.00 to $72,000.00 yearly(paid weekly).
